I think this problem is pervasive in the latest management style. Management of the old guard tended to be decisive sometimes to a fault. The new generation of management tends to meet in large groups of peers to come to consensus for decisions, far more so than their predecessors.

Keith was the heart and soul of of MSNBC. Keith has proven time and again he is a caring and compassionate man, concerned about the fate of his fellow man. He will be missed.

Save for Eureka, Caprica, and SGU syfy is dead. Even endless reruns are better the stupid "original" films and reality crap they broadcast.

I'd rather see 30, 40, and 50 somethings back in leading roles. By casting so young of leads there are no role models and everyone over 30 is put out to pasture a good 30 years before their time.
